Provided complete landscape architectural services for renovation of on-structure landscape with existing large water features at iconic office campus in Santa Monica.

Repurposed entire landscape for tenant and public use, including water features, bridges, terraces, seating nodes, dining spaces, pathways for circulation, gardens and a great lawn for events / recreation. Reinterpreted original landscape design feature of water by creating a shallow running river to give the illusion of great depth while still complying with City of Santa Monica water restrictions.
