Located on this Playa Vista creative office campus, a previously designed courtyard has been updated with 18 new Ginkgo trees. The tree species was chosen for its striking fall color and lush green spring and summer foliage. After supervision of the project installation, oversight of landscape maintenance walks and recommendations for the entire property has been on-going. The creative campus with its park like feel includes; a bioswale, multiple outdoor gathering spaces, volleyball court, dining patio and perimeter planting.
