Programming includes placemaking perimeter entries, public retail plaza area, oceanfront park, public streetscape, pedestrian bridge, elevated walkway in tree canopy, pool villa gardens, wellness walk, rooftop terrace, infinity pool landscaping and atrium rooftop garden.
