Designed both the house architecture and the landscape to create an animated living space that captures the essence of the indoor/outdoor California lifestyle. Amenities include an entry koi pond with a bridge to the front door, gabion walls to separate outdoor spaces, a trellis covered outdoor lounge, a sunken firepit with seating and a pool with a custom cabana. Permeable paving, the use of grey water and grasscrete for guest parking contribute to the sustainability of the site.
